Aretha is leading the digital transformation of the
employee service request & service catalogue. She’s
working across GT to determine the future state based
on strategic objectives, develop methodology for
prioritization the critical path of identified services, and
build a centralized governance model for service
In her prior role with JPMC, she led Enterprise Lab
Services within GTI. She defined, developed and
implemented the firm’s lab strategy, driving a global
business plan to derive standards, consolidate and
centralize disparate locations and services, implement
financial controls and risk framework, build strategic
partnerships with each line of business (LOBs).
She has substantial background in application
development and systems analysis to lead design of
robust and customized cybersecurity and information
security solutions. And a history of managing
cross-functional program teams across onsite and
offshore capacities, with keen ability to translate
complex technical information while steadfastly
reacting to rapidly changing technical environments.
Aretha is a Certified Information Systems Security
Professional (CISSP), a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), she holds a Master’s of Science in
Computers Information Systems and a Bachelor of
Science in Business/Finance.
Aretha has extensive experience developing technology
strategies and transformative solutions that delivers
immediate results and security-management
improvements across enterprise-level organizations.
Proven record of accomplishment of designing and
executing new initiatives that optimize global
operations, elevate service and support delivery, as
well as expand client-facing service offerings.
Prior to joining JPMC, Aretha was Senior Vice President,
Head of Business Engagement and Compliance Strategy
at Citigroup’s Cybersecurity Fusion Center. Developing
cybersecurity programs and working closely with each
LOB and regional managers to build partnership and
implement the cyber strategy. Aretha also spent 14
years at Goldman Sachs working in various capacities
across the LOBs and technology.
